This project was completed with open and ongoing communication with the client, to ensure high quality results in a safe and timely manner. The PMG Showroom in Newman was briefed to Emirge with these key requirements to be delivered on.

Innovate design that was inclusive of major brand requirements.
As a sales centre that is housing Toyota, Holden and Nissan vehicles, the design had to include thorough compliance with these brand guidelines. This included office spaces, workshop facilities and significant civil works. In Toyota’s auditing, the site received a nation-leading compliance scoring – the highest by any dealer to date.

Exact timeline for delivery, created to client budget.
The project took over 15,000 hours of subcontractor work. Key decisions were made in the value engineering process, to minimise superfluous costs and bloated time utilisation.

Zero harm.
We had no safety incidents on site. Emirge ensured a safe working site through adherence to procedures as well as careful selection of appropriate and experienced subcontractors.
